Kaleido Private Bank Ltd has taken organizational and regulatory precautions to prevent possible conflicts of interest and to handle and/or disclose such conflicts of interest, if any, in accordance with legal requirements. Deposit insurance scheme.
Deposit insurance protects the credit balances of private and corporate clients in the event of a bank or securities firm’s bankruptcy. This guarantee is regulated by law.
The protection is limited to a maximum of CHF 100 000 per client and institution. Multiple accounts are added together.
esisuisse guarantees that it will cover protected deposits as part of the self-regulation of Swiss banks and securities firms.
Deposits at Kaleido Private Bank Ltd are covered by the deposit insurance scheme.

Order Handling and Best Execution.
Our execution policy includes the measures taken to achieve the best possible execution of customer orders for the purpose of buying or selling securities or other financial instruments. The aim is always to execute customer orders in the best possible manner in terms of price, timing and quality. The focus of these principles is always on safeguarding the customer's interests. On January 1, 2020, the Federal Act on Financial Services (FinSA) and the corresponding Financial Services Ordinance (FinSO) entered into force in Switzerland. The legislation aims, among other things, to expand and standardize client protection in the area of financial services and contributes to strengthening the reputation and competitiveness of the Swiss financial center.
